Inner Echo

Private Sound Baths in Pittsburgh

Come home to stillness

In-home sessions with a local venue option when space is limited

What to expect

I begin by thoughtfully preparing the space, transforming the room into a soft, grounding sanctuary away from the outside world. If you’d like, I can gently burn a small piece of palo santo—a sacred, fragrant wood—to mark a quiet start to the session.

We begin with gentle somatic practices—subtle movements and quiet moments of internal awareness—designed to help you feel present and connected to your body.

A soothing guided meditation will help you unwind, easing you naturally into the heart of the sound bath. As you rest, the room fills with the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, melodic Koshi chimes, and the grounding rhythms of drums, rattles, and other percussion. A curated atmospheric playlist of nature sounds, ethereal music, and shamanic drones threads through the live instruments. Together, these sounds create a rich, restorative tapestry for you to drift into.

Preparing for your session

Your comfort is essential to the experience. Wear soft, comfortable clothing that lets you move and rest freely. Whether you choose to lie down or sit upright—let your body choose what feels right.

Cushioned yoga mats and supportive knee bolsters are provided and since your body may cool as it drifts into relaxation, soft, warm blankets are always within reach.

You will also receive a new complimentary eye mask to block out distractions, yours to keep for continued relaxation at home.

Please feel free to bring a favorite pillow, cozy socks, or anything else that helps you feel completely at ease.

Space & Setup

For one-on-one sessions, all that's needed is a quiet, comfortable spot and a small area for my instruments.

For group sessions, extra space between guests allows me to move freely, creating a fully immersive canopy of sound.

If you are unsure about the size of your space, renting a local venue is a great alternative. Together, we will review your guest count and layout to determine whether the comfort of your home or a local venue will offer the best setup for your group.

Should we decide on a local venue, I will handle the coordination to confirm the venue’s availability and detail any rental fees with you well in advance.

About Me

I’m Lorra, the heart behind Inner Echo. My path into sound began during a time of personal healing, when I was searching for a way to slow down and reconnect with myself. Over time, I came to understand how deeply sound can soften the body and quiet the mind. What began as a deeply personal practice gradually became something I felt called to share with others.

I am naturally drawn to quiet moments—whether I’m spending time in nature, sharing a meaningful conversation, or lying in my hammock beneath a sky full of stars. At home, I share my space with my cats, who are a beautiful part of my everyday rhythm. I also hold close the memory of my soul dog, Ellie, who always rested nearby when I played—and, in many ways, she still does.

I bring this deep-rooted stillness to every Inner Echo session, offering you a gentle, safe place to exhale.
